Our Store Policies

Items you purchase are shipped immediately via USPS unless there is a delay with one of our vendors. After making payments, customers will be notified as to when the items will ship and will receive confirmation and a tracking number when the shipping process has begun. 

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt as long as they are unworn, unused and unaltered. To initiate a return, email us immediately at info@loveandlaceshop.com or call 866-LOVE009. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to the fault of The Love and Lace Shop.
